Meet Our Founder
Nithin Pathak is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of experience across audit, tax, and finance in the UAE. He started his career at Deloitte, one of the Big 4 accounting firms, where he built his foundation in statutory audit, IFRS reporting, and tax compliance.
He went on to hold senior finance roles at Ferrero (one of the world’s largest confectionery companies), TASC Outsourcing (one of the UAE’s largest staffing firms), and Velocity Global (a global employer-of-record platform) — managing multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional finance operations.
In founding Fastlane, Nithin saw an opportunity to bring Big 4 quality to small and medium businesses at a fraction of the cost. His hands-on approach means he still personally reviews complex CT computations, QFZP assessments, and audit reports for key clients.
